Michelle Szmajda Villatoro
As the founder of Just Think Hospitality, INC,
I bring over 16 years of invaluable leadership
development and coaching to our clients.
With specialties in corporate culture,
leadership programs, and custom
experiential workshops, I engage individuals
and organizations through educating,
facilitating, coaching, and training, which has had
profound effects evolving organizational culture
and the end user outcome.
My experience from past positions in Learning
& Development at the iconic Waldorf-Astoria
and the ultra-luxury Rosewood Hotels & Resorts
enabled me to become an expert in organizational
culture,and improve employee engagement and
guest satisfaction scores. I gained my entrepreneurial
spirit when I worked for FreemanGroup as the
Executive Director of TrainingOperations responsible
for new business development, opening over
15 hotels & resorts, and managing a team
of project directors.
I am certified as a Professional Coach accredited
from the International Coach Federation and
graduated with honors from Elon University.
